The stress

Stress affects many different parts of the attempt to conceive, explains Lynn Westphal, a medical consultant, globally recognized fertility expert and director of preservation of fertility and reproduction of third parties. Specifically, it can affect the regulatory response of the hypothalamus, which can affect the natural hormones that are required for ovulation, she says.

Couples who are affected by high levels of stress often experience a decrease in libido that lowers intimacy and the chance of having a baby. Some of the best things you can do to keep your low levels of stress are meditation, regular exercise, acupuncture, rest, and maintaining a healthy diet.
